Kotu ta hana Ministar Kuɗi da wasu zabtare albashin likitoci

Kotun Ma’aikata da ke Abuja, ta haramta wa Ministar Kuɗi, Zainab Ahmed, zabtare albashi da alawus na likitocin da ke ƙarƙashin ƙungiyar nan ta Association of Specialist Medical Doctors in Academics (ASMEDA).

Kamfanin Dillancin Labarai na Nijeriya (NAN) ya ruwaito cewa waɗanda suka shigar da ƙara a kotun, Dr Christopher Sakpa da Dr Momoh Mcsionel da Dr Ahmed Rabiu da kuma Dr Darlington Akukwu su ne suka shige wa sauran mambobinsu gaba wajen samun wannan nasarar.

Masu kare kansu a ƙarar sun haɗa Ma’aikatar Kula da Albashi da Kuɗaɗen Shiga, Babban Akanta na Ƙasa da kuma Ministar Kuɗi, Zainab Ahmed.

Yayin shari’ar, Alƙali Osatohanmwen Obaseki-Osaghae, ya dakatar da masu kare kansu daga aiwatar da matakin da suka shirya ɗauka kamar yadda yake ƙunshe cikin wasiƙar da Ma’aikatar Kula da Albashi ta miƙa a Afrilun da ya gabata har zuwa lokacin da za a yanke hukunci kan ƙarar gaba ɗaya.

Kazalika, Alƙalin ya ba da umarnin kada a biya waɗanda suka shigar da ƙara albashin watan Yuli bisa tsarin CONUASS da sauran alawus ɗin da ke ɗamfare da hakan har zuwa tabbatar da ƙudurin da ke cikin sanarwar.

Haka nan, kotun ta umarci masu kare kansu da a biya waɗanda suka shigar da ƙara albashinsu na Yulin 2021 da na sauran watanni masu zuwa bisa tsarin CONMESS haɗa da alawus da ke ɗamfare da hakan kamar yadda Gwamnatin Tarayya ta amince a ranar 29 ga Satumban 2009.

A ƙarshe, Alƙalin kotun ya ɗage ci gaba da shari’ar zuwa ranar 14 ga Oktoba mai zuwa.
