A ci gaba da cece-kucen da ake yi dangane da batun aiwatar da mafi ƙarancin albashi na Naira 70,000, ma’aikatan gwamnatinjihar Zamfara sun nuna rashinjin daɗinsu ga Gwamna Dauda Lawal kan abin da suka ɗauka a matsayin ci gaba da kura-kurai da gwamnatocin baya suka yi.
Takaici a tsakanin ma’aikata ya kai ga yajin aiki wanda ya fara a daga, 1 ga Disamba, 2024, biyo bayan umarni daga sakatariyar ƙungiyar ƙwadago ta Nijeriya (NLC).
Ma’aikatan Jihar Zamfara sun yi kyakkyawan fata lokacin da Gwamna Dauda Lawal ya hau kan karagar mulki, tare da fatan gwamnatinsa za ta gyara rashin adalcin gwamnatocin baya. Tun asali an nuna kwarin gwiwar a watan Yunin 2024, a lokacin da gwamnan ya kawo ƙarshen wa’adin mafi ƙarancin albashin Naira 7,000 na wasu ma’aikata. To sai dai kuma wannan alheri na fuskantar barazana a yanzu sakamakon jinkirin aiwatar da sabon mafi ƙarancin albashi na ƙasa baki ɗaya.
Gwamna Dauda yana cikin shugabanninjihohi 17 na farko da suka kafa tsarin mafi karancin albashi a watan Satumba. Duk da wannan matakin na farko, bayan watanni uku, har yanzu ana gaya wa ma’aikata su jira, har sai an kammala aikin tantance ma’aikatan. Yayin da tabbatarwar ke da nufin samar da sahihin bayanai kan ma’aikatan jihar, ma’aikatan suna jayayya cewa bai kamata a jinkirta ƙarin albashin da suke jira ba.
Ma’aikatan Zamfara dai sun dade suna fama da rashin tsarin albashi musamman a lokacin tsohon Gwamna Abdul’aziz Yari, wanda ya ƙi amincewa da aiwatar da cikakken tsarin biyan mafi karancin albashi na N18,000 da aka amince da shi a lokacin gwamnatin Shugaba Goodluck Jonathan a shekarar 2011.

Shirun da Zamfara ta yi a kan lamarin ya sha bamban da alkawurran da ta yi a yakin neman zaɓe na “motsin ceto.” Ma’aikata sun yi zargin cewa tare da ingantattun kudaden shiga na cikin gida na jihar da kuma yadda Gwamna Dauda ya kauce wa karɓar rance, jihar Zamfara na da kyakkyawan tsarin biyan mafi ƙaranci albashin N70,000.
Shigar da NLC ta yi ya nuna muhimmancin ɗaukar matakin gaggawa. Ana kallon yajin aikin da ake yi a matsayin matakin da ya dace don kare haƙƙin ma’aikata da rayuwar su. ƙungiyar ta dage cewa duk wani aikin aiwatar da albashi dole ne ya hada da tsarin albashi na gaskiya da daidaito don hana sabani a baya.
Ma’aikata sun yi imanin cewa Gwamna Dauda, wanda ya mallaki digirin digirgir, ya kamata ya kafa matakai fiye da na magabata ta hanyar aiwatar da tsarin biyan albashi mai ɗorewa. Suna kira gare shi da ya daidaita manufofinsa da tabbatar da adalci ga al’umma da bunƙasar tattalin arziki, tare da tabbatar da cewa an daina barin ma’aikatan jihar Zamfara a baya.
