Kungiyar Ma’aikatan Wutar Lantarki ta ƙasa, wato National Union of Electricity Employees (NUEE), ta yi ƙarin bayani tare da nuna rashin amincewa da matakin Kamfanin Rarraba wutar Lantarki na Abuja (AEDC) na sallamar ma’aikata 800, a ƙarƙashin tsarin sake fasalin kamfaninsu.
A wata sanarwa da muƙaddashin babban sakataren ƙungiyar, Dominic Igwebike, ya fitar a Abuja, ƙungiyar ta bayyana cewa matakin na AEDC ya saba da yarjejeniyar da aka cimma tsakaninsu da mahukuntan kamfanin, wadda ta ta’allaƙa ne kan amincewa da juna da adalci a tsarin aiki.
Kamfanin AEDC dai ya bayyana a shafinsa na yanar gizo cewa sake fasalin da yake yi na nufin inganta sabis ga abokan hulɗarsa da kuma haɓaka nagartar aiki da kwarewa a cikin kamfanin. Ya ce wannan gyara wani ɓangare ne na manufofin “sabon salo” domin ya zama kamfani mai saurin warware matsala da ƙirƙirar sabbin hanyoyi wajen bauta wa jama’a.
Kamfanin ya ce, ya ba da karin matsayi ga ma’aikatan da suka fi kwarewa, ya sallami masu shirin ritaya da kuma waɗanda ba sa yin aiki yadda ake buƙata.
Sai dai Igwebike ya yi kira da a sake duba tsarin sake fasalin gaba ɗaya, bisa yarjejeniyar fahimtar juna da aka yi tsakanin ƙungiyar ma’aikata da mahukuntan AEDC.
Ya bayyana damuwarsa kan yadda aka sallami mutane da yawa a irin wannan lokaci na matsin tattalin arziki, yana mai cewa, “Adadin ma’aikatan da aka sallama ya yi yawa matuƙa idan aka duba halin tattalin arzikin ƙasar nan da kuma gibin ma’aikata a cikin kamfanin. Wannan mataki na barazana ga rayuwar ma’aikata da kuma ɗorewar tsarin aikin kamfanin.”
Igwebike ya ce, wasu daga cikin ma’aikatan da aka sanya cikin jerin waɗanda aka sallama ba su cancanci hakan ba, domin ba laifinsu ne ya jawo ƙarancin aiki ba, illa rashin kayan aiki ko yanayi mai kyau daga wajen kamfani.
Ya ƙara da cewa, fiye da kashi 60% na ma’aikatan da aka sallama matasa ne, abin da zai iya haifar da tasirin tattalin arziki da zamantakewa ga al’umma da gidaje masu yawa.
Har ila yau, ƙungiyar ta zargi AEDC da amfani da tsarin sake fasalin wajen zaluntar shugabannin ƙungiya, tana mai cewa fiye da kashi 70% na shugabannin ƙungiyar a jihohi da rassan kamfanin sun shiga jerin waɗanda aka sallama.
Saboda haka, Igwebike ya nemi a gudanar da cikakken bincike kan tarihin aiki da ladabtarwa na kowane ma’aikacin da abin ya shafa, tare da samar da kwamiti haɗaka tsakanin AEDC da ƙungiyar ma’aikata domin duba rahotanni da yiwuwar maido da waɗanda aka zalunta.
Ya ƙare da cewa, ƙungiyar za ta ci gaba da kare haƙƙin ma’aikata, tana kuma shawartar mahukuntan AEDC da su maida hankali wajen amfani da ƙwarewar ma’aikatansu don cimma nagartar aiki, ba wai su kori su ba.
