Wani mataimakin matuƙin jirgi, David Bernard, da ma’aikacin jirgin, Maduneme Victory, sun yi watsi da rahoton Hukumar Binciken Tsaro ta Nijeriya, wanda ya yi iƙirarin cewa sun yi tatil da barasa da kuma ƙwayoyi yayin tuƙin jirgi.
Masu binciken hatsarin sun gwada matuƙin jirgin da ma’aikacin jirgin sun yi tatil da barasa da tabar wiwi yayin tuƙin wani jirgin a ranar Lahadi, 13 ga Yuli, 2025.
Jirgin na Air Peace ya kauce daga titin jirgin ne a lokacin da yake sauka a filin jirgin saman Fatakwal.
Hukumar NSIB ta gano cewa wasu matuƙan jirgin Air Peace sun yi amfani da giya da kuma wasu kƙwayoyi kafin jirgin su ya yi mummunar sauka a filin jirgin saman Ribas.
Lamarin ya faru ne a ranar Lahadi, 13 ga Yuli, 2025, lokacin da jirgin Boeing 737 ya kauce daga hanya bayan sauka, lamarin da ya jawo firgici ga fasinjoji.
Ya haifar da damuwa kan matakin tsaro a harkar jiragen sama, tare da jan hankalin kamfanonin su sanya ƙarin matakan kariya.
NSIB ta bayyana cewa jirgin ya tashi daga Lagos zuwa Fatakwal ɗauke da fasinjoji 103 da ma’aikatan jirgin.
Rahoton ya ce, saukarsa bai yi daidai ba, inda ya taɓa ƙasa a mita 2,264 daga kusa da hanyar da ya kamata ya sauka, maimakon a cikin yankin da aka tsara.
Bayan haka, jirgin ya tsaya ne a mita 209 cikin filin da ke gefe, lamarin da aka ayyana da cewa kuskuren saukar jirgi ba bisa ƙa’ida ba.
A cewar rahoton, sakamakon gwajin da aka yi wa matukan ya tabbatar da kasancewar sinadaran giya da wasu ƙwayoyi a jikin matuƙan.
NSIB ta bayyana cewa wannan na daga cikin abubuwan da ke tasiri wajen gudanar da aiki daidai, kuma hakan ya zama dalilin da zai iya haddasa irin haɗarin.
A shekarar 2006 aka ƙirƙiro hukumar ta NSIB domin yin bincike irin waɗannan.
Hukumar ta NSIB ta ce, duk da cewa babu wanda ya jikkata, amma sakamakon binciken ya tilasta musu su bayar da shawarwarin tsaro nan take ga kamfanin Air Peace.
Ta ce, an umurci kamfanin ya ƙara tsaurara duba lafiyar matuƙa kafin jirgi ya tashi, da tabbatar da cewa ba a barin kuskuren da zai iya jawo barazana ga lafiyar fasinjoji da ma’aikata.
Binciken ya sake buɗe tattaunawa kan muhimmancin gwaje-gwajen lafiyar matuƙa a Nijeriya, musamman ganin yadda mutane da dama ke dogaro da jiragen sama a tafiye-tafiyensu.
Masana harkar sufuri sun bayyana cewa dole ne a inganta tsauraran matakai, domin tabbatar da cewa dukkan jirage suna tafiya ne cikin yanayi mai cike da tsaro da aminci.
Mataimakin matuƙin jirgin ya yi nuni da cewa, kamfanin jirgin ya kan gudanar da gwaje-gwaje a kan ma’aikatan jirgin, wanda a ko da yaushe ke sanya su guje wa duk wani abu da ka iya jefa ayyukansu cikin hadari.
Ya ƙara da cewa, “Don haka, ba kawai ka ɗauki wani abu ba saboda ana iya bincikar ka ba tare da izini ba lokacin da kake neman aiki. Kuma bai kamata ka sami giram 0.02 na barasa a cikin jininka ba kuma bai kamata ka sha barasa sa’o’i takwas ba kafin ka bayar da rahoton kan aiki ko kuma lokacin jiran aiki.”
Har ila yau, da ya yi kuskuren sakamakon gwajin, Victory ya bayyana ci gaban a matsayin wani yunƙuri na ɓata sunan kamfanin jirgin.
