Gwamnatin Tarayya ta dakatar da sayar da jirgin shugaban ƙasa, Boeing 737-700 BBJ, bayan masu sha’awar sayen sa sun fara miƙa tayin farashin da bai ko kusa da kimar da gwamnati ke fata ba, inji manyan jami’an fadar shugaban ƙasa da na tsaro.
Majiyoyi sun shaida cewa kamfanin da yake tallata jirgin ya cire shi daga shafin tallace-tallace ne bayan ya fahimci cewa farashin da ake bayarwa bai dace da abin da gwamnati ke sa ran samu ba.
Wasu ma sun nemi a saye shi da dala miliyan 10 kacal, adadin da ƙwararru ke cewa bai bayyana haƙiƙanin kimar jirgin mai shekaru kusan 20 ba, duk da tsauraran binciken gyaransa da aka sha yi.
Wata majiya ta gwamnati ta bayyana cewa: “An cire jirgin daga shafin talla ne saboda farashin da aka ambata bai kusa da abin da gwamnati take so ba. Wasu ma sun keɓance shi da dala miliyan 10 saboda tsufansa ya sa mutane suna takatsantsan.”
Masana harkar manyan jirage sun ce irin wadannan manyan jirage masu ɗakuna suna da ƙananan masu saya, musamman ma dattawan da ke da kuɗin sayen sabbin jirage masu tsarin zamani, kayayyakin cikin salo, da bayanan fasaha na yau da kullum.
Wani jami’in gwamnati ma ya kwatanta lamarin da “sayen jirgin da aka sabunta ga mutumin da yake neman sabun jirgi”, yana nuni da cewa masu kuɗi kan fi buƙatar sabbin jirage masu ƙananan haɗarin gyara nan gaba.
Kamfanin JetHƙ na Amurka, wanda shi ya fara sanya jirgin a tallace, ya tabbatar da cewa yanzu ba ya lissafa gwanjon jirgin na Nijeriya. A sanarwar email da ya aika wa jaridar nan, babban mai nazarin kasuwanci na JetHƙ, Laurie Barringer, ya ce:
“Ba mu da jerin jirgin Boeing ɗin yanzu. Ya rage ku tambayi gwamnatin Nijeriya domin sanin yadda aka yi da shi.”
Gwamnatin Tinubu ta sanya jirgin BBJ mai lamba 5N-FGT a kasuwa tun a Yuli 2025, a yunkurin rage kashe kuɗi da kuma sake fasalin yarjejeniyar jiragen shugaban ƙasa da gwamnatin Buhari ta fara.
An saya jirgin a 2005 da dala miliyan 43 a zamanin shugaban ƙasa Olusegun Obasanjo, kuma ya yi wa shugabanni da dama hidima har zuwa Agusta 2024, lokacin da aka karɓi sabon Airbus A330-200 (5N-FGA) da aka sabunta.
Kafin a fita da jirgin a sayarwa, an yi masa manyan binciken C1–C2, an yi gyaran cikin jirgi a AMAC Aerospace da ke Basel, Switzerland, tare da saka sabbin kafet da kujerun first-class. Haka kuma an yi masa D-Check tun kafin Buhari ya sauka—wanda shi ne babban tsarin duba jirgi, mai tsadar gaske saboda ana kusan warware dukkan sassan jirgin.
Sai dai duk da waɗannan ci gaban, tsufan jirgin da tsarin gyaransa sun ci gaba da rage masa sha’awa a kasuwa. Babbar matsalar kuma ita ce ba ya cikin tsarin kiwon injin ta yarjejeniya, domin injin CFM56-7BE guda biyun na aiki “on condition”—abin da mafi yawan masu siye ke guje masa saboda rashin tabbas ga farashin gyara nan gaba.
Majiyar tsaro ta ƙara da cewa dalilin dakatar da sayarwa ya shafi bukatar aiki a cikin Presidential Air Fleet (PAF). Daga jirage fiye da goma, uku daga cikin manyan jiragen ba sa aiki, yayin da sauran ke yawan yin aiki fiye da kima, suna tilasta jami’an gwamnati yin haya.
“A yanzu muna da jirage uku zuwa huɗu kawai da ke aiki banda Airbus,” inji jami’in. “Mataimakin shugaban ƙasa na yawan amfani da Gulfstream, sauran kuma ake juya su.”
Ya kara da cewa ma har Shugaban Majalisar Dattawa da Kakakin Majalisa kan yi haya lokaci-lokaci saboda rashin isassun jirage.
Wata majiya ta fadar shugaban ƙasa ta ce akwai lokuta da Nijeriya ke tura jiragenta domin jigilar shugabannin kasashen ECOWAS da ba su da nagartattun jirage su yi tafiyar diplomasiyya.
“Wasu ƙasashen ba su da kuɗin zirga-zirgar shugabanninsu. Muna aikawa mu ɗauko su,” inji ta.
Sabon jirgin A330-200 ne yanzu ke aiki a matsayin Eagle One, domin dogayen tashi na shugaban ƙasa, tun bayan da aka kawo shi a Agusta 2024.
Cire Boeing ɗin daga kasuwa na iya nuna cewa gwamnati za ta ci gaba da riƙe shi har sai an samu mai ba da kuɗin da ya dace.
