Motsa jiki muhimmin al’amar ne, wanda kowa ya kamata ya riƙe wajibi ko farilla a rayuwa. Ana son kowa ya riƙi motsa jiki wani sashe na rayuwa ba tare da an kai jallin likita ya bayar da umarni ko dole ta janyo a yi, don wata larura ta musamman. Motsa jiki wani makami ne da ya kamata kowa ya riƙe a matsayin riga-kafi wanda Bahaushe ya ke cewa ya fi magani. 

Amfanin motsa jiki

1. ƙarfafa zuciya da ingata bugun zuciya

Motsa jiki na taimakawa wajen rage haɗarin ciwon zuciya da hawan jini.

Nazarin masana ya nuna cewa mutum da ke motsa jiki akalla mintuna 30 a rana, sau 5 a mako yana rage haɗarin kamuwa da ciwon zuciya har zuwa kashi 20–30%.

2. Rage kiba da kula da nauyin jiki

Motsa jiki na rage damuwa da baƙin ciki (depression) da tashin hankali (anɗiety).

Yana ƙara yawan endorphins, sinadarin da ke sa mutum jin daɗi da kwanciyar hankali.

6. Inganta tsarin numfashi da ƙarfin jiki

Wasanni kamar iyo, gudu, ko aerobics suna ƙara ƙarfin huhu da sauƙaƙa numfashi.

7.Kara tsawon rai da inganta rayuwa

Don haka, motsa jiki ya zama tushen kiwon lafiya ga kowa da kowa.
