Tare da MUSTAPHA IBRAHIM ABDULLAHI
A yawaita shan ruwa:
Ruwa abokin aiki ne, musamma a duniyar da ke kewaye da mu da kuma duniyar cikin
jikinmu, domin jikin ɗan adam wata duniya ce mai zaman kanta.
Sama da kaso 60 na jikin ɗan adam duk ruwa ne. Alƙurani ya jaddada mana cewa kowanne
abu mai rai yana ɗauke da ruwa.
Abinda ya sa mu ke cewa kusha ruwa sosai sun haɗar da:
1. Saboda ku maye gurbin ruwan da kuka rasa lokacin gumi, magana, numfashi, bayangida,
da kuma fitsari.
2. Saboda ku kaucewa afkawa cikin illolin karancin ruwan jiki (dehydration).
3. Saboda ku taimakawa jikinku wajen gudanar da al’amuransa
A na buƙatar kullum ku sha ruwa kamar lita uku wato kwatankwacin ruwan gora ko ruwan
roba babba guda 4. Ko kuma ruwan ‘pure water’ guda 6.
Ba na nufin ku shanye wannan ruwa nan take, a a. abin nufi shi ne ku shanye wannan ruwan
a cikin wunin.
Hakan na da matuƙar muhimmanci musamman a wannan lokaci na zafi.
’Yan uwa masu karatu a yi ƙoƙari a cigaba da shan ruwa.
Mu haɗu a rubutu na gaba mako mai zuwa insha Allahu.
