Kyau na gaske yana da alaƙa da lafiyar jiki da ruhin mace. Bai tsaya ga kayan alatu ba, kuma bai buƙaci canza yanayin jiki ba. Kyau yana fitowa daga tsafta, halin kirki, abinci mai kyau, da kwanciyar hankali. Ga hanyoyi masu amfani da kuma bayani daga masana kiwon lafiya:
1. Shan ruwa da yawa:
Fata na buƙatar ruwa sosai domin ta yi laushi da lafiya. Likitoci (WHO, 2023) sun nuna cewa rashin ruwa a jiki na haddasa bushewar fata, ta yi fari-fari ko ta soma tsagewa.
Shawara: Ki sha gilashin ruwa 6 zuwa 8 a rana, musamman a lokacin zafi.
2. Cin abinci mai gina jiki:
Abinci mai gina jiki yana ciyar da fata da gashi daga ciki. Kayan lambu, ‘ya’yan itatuwa, kifi, kwai, da gyada suna da sinadaran ɓitamin C, E, da Biotin—waɗanda ke taimaka wa fata ta haskaka.
Bincike: Likitoci sun bayyana cewa, ɓitamin C yana hana tsufa da raunana fata (Journal of Clinical Nutrition, 2022).
3. Tsafta ta fata:
Wanke fuska da jiki yana hana cututtukan fata kamar kuraje, fungi da eczema, yayin da dauɗa kan zama sanadin disashewar fata, ta kuma hana kowace irin kwalliya tasiri.
Shawara: Ki wanke fuska sau biyu a rana da ruwan dumi mara zafi. Ki guji amfani da sabulu mai ƙarfi da ke busar da fata.
4. Kula da gashi:
Gashi na buƙatar tsabta da sinadaran kariya kamar coconut oil, shea butter (man karite), da oliɓe oil. Waɗannan suna hana bushewa da karyewar gashi.

5. Kada a yi amfani da man bilicin (bleaching cream)
Mayuka masu canza launin fata na ɗauke da hydroquinone ko mercury—waɗanda suna lalata fata, suna ƙara haɗarin cutar sanƙarar fata, wato skin cancer da tabo dawamamme.
