Zuwa ga Gwamnatin Tarayyar Nijeriya da Masu Ruwa da Tsari,
Assalamu alaikum.
Wannan wasiƙa na zuwa ne cikin girmamawa da kuma nuna damuwa mai zurfi dangane da halin ƙunci da wahala da tsoffin jami’an ’yan sandan Nijeriya ke fuskanta bayan sun kammala hidimarsu ga ƙasa. Lamarin ya zama abin takaici matuƙa, har ya kai ga haifar da zanga-zanga, koke-koke da kuma kiraye-kirayen neman gyara daga waɗanda suka sadaukar da rayuwarsu wajen kare doka da oda a cikin al’umma.
Ba sabon abu ba ne cewa batun fansho na ’yan sanda ya daɗe yana jan hankali a ƙasar nan. Tun bayan ƙaddamar da tsarin Contributory Pension Scheme (CPS) a shekarar 2004, an yi fatan cewa tsarin zai kawo ƙarshen jinkiri da rashin tabbas wajen biyan haƙƙin ma’aikata bayan sun yi ritaya. A ƙarshe, wajibi ne gwamnati ta tuna cewa jami’an ’yan sanda su ne ginshiƙin tsaro a ƙasa. Idan waɗanda suka yi ritaya suna rayuwa cikin talauci da wahala, hakan zai rage ƙwarin gwiwa ga masu aiki a yanzu, tare da haifar da matsaloli ga tsaro gaba ɗaya.
