Bayan an ci tuwon sallah da miya mai maiƙo da nama, cin dabino yana iya yin kyakkyawan tasiri ga lafiya, amma yana da mahimmanci a kula da yadda ake cin shi.

Amfanin cin dabino ga lafiya:

Yana taimaka wa narkewar abinci: Tuwon Sallah yawanci yana ɗauke da garin dawa, shinkafa ko masara, waɗanda ke da ‘carbohydrates’ masu nauyi. Dabino yana ɗauke da ‘fiber’, wanda ke taimakawa wajen sauƙaƙa narkewar abinci da hana kumburin ciki.

Yana rage tasirin maiƙo da kitse: Nama da miya mai kitse (fat) na iya haifar da ƙaruwar kitse (cholesterol) a jiki. Dabino yana ɗauke da sinadaran ‘antioɗidants da ‘fiber’, wanda ke taimakawa wajen rage maiƙo maras kyau (LDL cholesterol) a jini, yana hana matsalolin zuciya.

Idan an cinye abinci mai nauyi da maiƙo sosai, sannan aka ƙara da dabino da yawa, yana iya ƙara girma da nauyin jiki.
