Layya dai wata ibada ce da ta samo asali tun lokacin Annabi Ibrahim (AS), lokacin da Allah (SWT) ya umarce shi da ya yanka abin yankawa ranar 10 ga Zul-Hajji, wanda shi ne watan 12 kuma watan ƙarshe a shekarar Musulunci.
Layya ita ce dabbar da ake yankawa, domin neman yardar Allah daga cikin nau’o’in tumaki da awaki da shanu ko kuma raƙuma, waɗanda suka cika shekarun yin layya, kuma sun kuvuta daga kowane aibi.
An sharɗanta yanka dabbar layya a ranar 10 ga Zul-Hajji da yini biyu bayan dawowa daga sallar idi bayan kuma liman ya yanka dabbarsa, idan yana da halin yi.
Sheikh Abubakar Jaza’iriy ya faɗa a cikin littafinsa mai suna Minhajul Muslim ya ce, layya dabba ce wadda ake yankawa ranar idi, domin neman yardar Allah. A na yin ta ne, don raya sunnar Annabi Ibrahim (AS), domin Allah Ya yi wahayi zuwa gare shi da ya yanka ɗansa Isma’il (AS),, sannan kuma ya fanshe shi da rago, ya yanka shi a madadinsa, kamar yadda ya zo a cikin Alƙur’ani.
Haka nan, layya sunnah ce ta manzon Allah, Annabi Muhammadu (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam), kuma ya kwaɗaitar da yin ta ga al’ummarsa kuma ya tsoratar ga barin yin ta ga wanda ya samu iko da damar yi.
Yawaitar buƙatar yanka dabbar layya, ya sanya duk shekara farashin dabbobin yana tashin gwauron zabi. Amma a wata shekarar akan samu tashin farashin fiye da wata a ko’ina a duniyar Musulmi.
A arewacin Nijeriya, waɗansu sukan tanadi dabbar layya tun kafin watan Zul-Hajji ya tsaya, yayin da waɗansu kuma sukan bari sai lokaci ya ƙarato su tafi kasuwa su sawo. Wakilan Blueprint Manhaja sun zagaya kasuwannin dabbobi, don jin yadda ta ke kayawa a wannan shekarar ta 2022, musamman a wannan lokaci da tsadar rayuwa ta ta’azzara.
A Jihar Kebbi, Wakilinmu ya zagaya waɗansu kasuwanni, don ganin yadda kasuwar dabbobi ta kasance a bana, inda a kasuwar garin Lailaba da ke yankin Ƙaramar Hukumar Argungu ya zanta da Sarkin Kara, Alhaji Sule Rugga, wanda kuma ya bayyana cewa, “alhamdulillahi, kamar kowacce shekarar bana ma an kawo dabbobi tun kama daga raguna, awaki da kuma shanu. Haka zalika su ma masaya daga kusa da nesa sun zo, kamar yadda ka ke gani dai yanzu. Haka ana nan ana hada-hada kowa yana duba irin ajinsa.
“A bana dai mafi qarancin kuɗin rago da ke iya yin layya kuɗinsa ya soma daga Naira dubu 70,000 zuwa 80,000.”
Malam Abdullahi Aliyu, wanda ya ce, ya share aƙalla shekaru 25 yana sana’ar kiwo, don ya sayar, kuma yana dillancin dabbobi, ya bayyana cewa, yau ya zo da raguna shida da tinkiya uku, amma rago biyu kacal ya sayar, saboda dabbobi sun yi yawa, sai dai ba masaya, saboda tsada. Ya ƙara da cewa, su ma ragunan ya sayar da ɗaya Naira 80,000, ɗaya kuma Naira 67,000 ne akan faxuwa, saboda ya samu ya juya kuɗin.
Ya ƙara bayyana cewa, a inda aka fito ana yin kiwo a sayar a kuma sami riba, amma bana tsadar abincin dabbobi ta yi yawa, saboda haka ne ba za a samu riba ba, “sai dai a gode wa Allah kawai,” inji shi.
Malam Umaru Bawa, wanda ke sana’ar dillancin dabbobi, ya bayyana cewa, a wajensa akwai dama-dama a bana, saboda tsadar da ake tunanin dabbobi za su yi, ba za su yi ba, saboda rashin kuɗi, yana mai cewa, “duk yadda mai dabba ya saka wani buri a kai, ba zai yi tasiri ba.
“Akwai waɗanda muke sana’ar nan tare da su da ba su sami riba ba a bana, musamman waɗanda ke sayen ƙananan dabbobi su yi kiwo idan irin wannan lokacin ya zo sai su kawo kasuwa.”
Malam Bashar Muhammed, wani magidanci kuma ma’aikacin gwamnati ne a Ma’aikatar Ilmi ta Jihar Kebbi, wanda ya bayyana wa Wakilin Blueprint Manhaja cewa, a baya sama da shekaru 20 bai yi fashin layya ba, amma bana kam ya haƙura da zancen layya, saboda ba shi da kuɗin sayen dabbar layya, saboda matsalar tattalin arziki. Ya ce, lalurar iyalinsa ya ke fama da ita kuma ba zai ci bashi ya yi layya ba, saboda yanzu haka bashin da ke kansa ma yana fatan Allah ya hore masa abin biya.
Ya ƙara da cewa, bana ma saboda yaɗuwar jita-jitar Gwamna Atiku Bagudu zai biya kuɗin hutu (leave grant), wanda kusan shekaru huɗu ba a biya ba, ya sanya shi sa ran yin layya, amma daga ƙarshe maganar dai har yanzu babu ko alamun ƙamshin gaskiya.
Malam Mutari Saidu, wani wanda ya kawo don rago sayarwa, amma dai bai sayar ba, ya bayyana cewa, bai gamsu da tayin Naira 86,000 da aka yi wa ragonsa ba, saboda haka ya qi amincewa, amma inda daga baya da ya sallama, ya nemi wanda ya sayi ragonsa da biya kuɗin, sai ya rasa shi.
Haka zalika a manyan kasuwannin manyan birane da ƙauyuka, musamman waɗanda ke kan iyakar Nijeriya da Nijar, abin kusan duk ɗaya ne, saboda kowace kasuwar za ka tarar tun safe shigowa ake yi da dabbobi, amma ba ka ganin ana fita da su, wanda ya nuna babu masaya, sai dai masu sayarwa, wanda haka ne ya sanya dabbobi suka yi araha, amma ta banza, saboda mafi yawancin magidanta su na cikin halin hannu-baki-hannu-ƙwarya, wanda ya gaskata maganar wani mawaƙi da ke cewa, “awo ya ƙori sayen nama.”
A ɗaya ɓangaren kuma, waɗansu mutane da ke maƙale a jikin wasu ’yan siyasa sun sami abin sayen dabbobi layya da kuma sauran hidimomin sallah.
