Tambaya: Shin yana da muhimmanci a yi gwajin genotype kafin aure?
Amsa: haƙiƙa yana da matuƙar muhimmanci. Yin gwajin genotype kafin aure yana cikin kariya daga cutar da za ta iya shafar zuriyya. Cutar sikila (sickle cell) tana daga cikin cututtuka masu wuyar magani, kuma tana wahalar da yara da iyaye. Malamai da masana lafiya sun yarda cewa yin wannan gwaji yana cikin nau’in ka da ka cutar da kanka ko wani, wanda Alkur’ani ya umarta da cewa:
“Kada ku jefa kanku cikin halaka…”
(Surat Al-Baƙara: 195)
Hakanan, Manzon Allah (SAW) ya ce:
“Babu cuta, babu cutarwa.”
(Hadisi sahihi a cikin Ibn Majah da Ahmad)
Don haka, ana ƙarfafa yin wannan gwaji a matsayin matakin kariya da shiri mai amfani kafin aure.
Tambaya: Shin ya halatta a ɗaura aure a cikin Masallaci?
Amsa: Eh, ɗaura aure a cikin Masallaci ya halatta, kuma yana da lada. Masallaci wuri ne mai tsarki, kuma duk wata ibada da aka yi a cikinsa tana da girma. Duk da cewa babu sharaɗin ɗaura aure sai a Masallaci, amma kasancewar an ɗaura aure a wurin da ake ambaton sunan Allah yana ƙara wa auren albarka.
An rawaito daga Aisha (RA) cewa: “Annabi (SAW) ya ce: Ku bayyana aure, ku ɗaura shi a Masallaci….”
(Sunan Tirmidhi, Hadisi mai inganci)
Tambaya: Shin ya halatta a ba liman kuɗi bayan ya ɗaura aure?
Amsa: Babu laifi a Musulunci, a ba wa liman ko wanda ya ɗaura aure ladar aikin sa. Idan aka ba shi kyauta bayan ya ɗaura aure, to hakan yana da kyau kuma ana iya karɓa. Amma bai kamata a ɗauke shi a matsayin wajibi ba.
Manzon Allah (SAW) ya ce: “Duk wanda kuka ba shi aiki, ku ba shi lada.”
(Sahih al-Bukhari)
Don haka, ba laifi ba ne a ba liman lada, amma bai kamata a ɗora wa iyaye ko ma’aurata farashi na tilas ba.
Tambaya: Shin ya dace namiji ya nemi aure a kan neman auren ɗan’uwansa?
Amsa: Manzon Allah (SAW) ya hana mutum ya nemi mace a kan neman ɗan uwansa har sai ya janye ko a amince da wani.
“Kada namiji ya nemi mace da aure a kan neman ɗan uwansa, har sai ya ajiye ko a ƙi shi.”
(Sahih al-Bukhari da Muslim)
Wannan yana nuna cewa addini yana girmama hakkin dan’uwa da kuma zaman lafiya tsakanin al’umma. Don haka, a bar wanda ya fara nema har sai an tabbatar da lalacewar biɗar tasa.
Tambaya: Shin auren mutu’a ya halasta a Musulunci?
Amsa: Auren mutu’a (mut’ah) shi ne auren da aka ƙulla na wani lokaci tare da cewar za a rabu bayan lokaci ya cika. A mafi yawan ra’ayoyin malamai (mazhabar Sunni), wannan aure haramun ne.
Manzon Allah (SAW) ya halatta auren mutu’a a lokacin wasu yaƙe-yaƙe na gaggawa, amma daga bisani ya haramta shi:
“Na halatta muku auren mut’ah, amma daga yau Allah da Manzonsa sun haramta shi har abada.”
(Sahih Muslim)
Sai dai a Mazhabar Shi’a, akwai sharuɗɗa da suke ganin ya halatta a lokuta na musamman. Amma a hadin ra’ayin mafiya yawan malamai na Ahlus-Sunnah, haramun ne.
Tambaya: Shin auren misyar ya halatta a Musulunci?
Amsa: Auren Misyar shi ne inda mace take amincewa da yafe wasu hakkinta kamar ciyarwa ko kwanciyar aure domin kawai ta samu yin aure. Wannan aure ya halatta a wasu ra’ayoyi idan an cika sharuɗɗan aure (waliyyi, sadaki, amincewa, shaida).
Malamai sun bambanta ra’ayoyi:
Wasu sun ce yana halatta domin yana cikin tsarin aure.
Wasu kuma sun ƙi shi saboda yana tauye martabar mace.
Sai dai, idan aka yi da sharuɗɗan da suka dace, da amincewar ɓangarori biyu, kuma ba a yi ba ne don yaudara, to yana halatta.
Daga ƙarshe, aure ibada ce mai tsarki. Saboda haka, yana da muhimmanci mutum ya san hukunce-hukuncen aure domin gudanar da wannan ibada bisa sahihiyar hanya. Yin tambaya daga malamai da neman ilimi daga Alkur’ani da Hadisi zai taimaka wajen samun fahimtar da ta dace, domin gina iyali mai albarka.
