  1. Gyara muhallin zama da kwanciyar sa ( palour da ɗaki) 
  2. Shirya masa abinci da abun sha a kan lokaci
  3. Tanadar masa da ruwan wanka 
  4. Tsara lokacin baccin yaranku
  5. Kimtsa jikin ki da amfani da turaren dare masu sanyi da kwantar da hankali ( dan Allah a kiyaye amfani da turare mai ƙarfi kamar na ‘yan bori lokacin bacci, ana buƙatar abunda zai sa ma zuciya da ƙwaƙwalwa nutsuwa ne ba abunda zai hargitsa shi ya yi activating brain ɗin mutum ba) 
  6. In yana da gajiya a masa matsa/tausa mai sauke gajiya (a sa hankali a ƙeya, wuya, kafaɗa, baya da kafafu).
