Gwamnatin Jihar Kano ta ce a wani ɓangare na sauke nauyin tabbatar da ingantacciyar hanyar koyo da koyarwa a makarantu, ta kashe Naira biliyan bakwai.

Gwamnan Kano, Abdullahi Umar Ganduje ya bayyana haka a ranar Talata yayin da ya buɗe taron zangon shekara na biyu da Hukumar Ilimin Bai-ɗaya, UBEC tare da shugabannin zartaswa na SUBEB na ƙasa a ɗakin taro na Africa House da ke gidan gwamnatin Kano.

Ganduje ya bayyana cewa, magance ƙalubalen da ke tattare da matsalar rashin zuwan yara makarantu, na ɗaya daga cikin abin da ya sanya jihar Kano ta fito da dokar ilimin kyauta kuma wajibi musamman a kan ‘yan mata da ƙananan yara da masu buƙata ta musamman duk da yawan ɗalibai da suke shiga makarantun jihar.

Gwamnan, wanda mataimakinsa, Nasiru Yusuf Gawuna ya wakilta, ya ce manufar samar da shirin ta ta’allaƙa ne domin magance matsalolin rashin zuwan yara makaranta musamman mata a jihar.

Ya ƙara da cewa an kashe kuɗaɗe masu tarin yawa wajen aiwatar da shirin ilimi kyauta kuma dole a jihar, inda ya ƙara cewa haka gwamnati ta kuma kafa Asusun Tallafawa Ilimi domin bada gudunmawar al’umma wajen bunƙasar ilimi a jihar.

A sanarwar da Babban Sakataren Yaɗa Labarai na Mataimakin Gwamna , Hassan Musa Fagge ya fitar, Gwamnan ya yaba da gudunmawar Ma’aikatar Ilimi ta Ƙasa da Hukumar Ilimi ta Bai-ɗaya da sauran masu ruwa da tsaki suke bayarwa wajen samun ingantaccen ilimi a Jihar Kano.

A nashi ɓangaren, Ministan Ilimi Adamu Adamu wanda babban sakataren hukumar UBEC Dr. Hammid Bobboyi ya wakilta ya jaddada cewa Gwamnatin Tarayya ta ba da fifiko ga ilimin bai ɗaya a Nijeriya, sannan ya bayar da tabbacin gwamnatin za ta ci gaba da magance duk wani abin ƙalubale da ya shafi ilimi.

Sai dai ya bayyana cewa Gwamnatin Tarayya ta taimaka wa gwamnatocin jihohi ta hannun Bankin Duniya wajen tallafa wa ilimi mai kyau ga kowa da kowa (BESDA) don magance matsalar rashin zuwan yara makaranta.
