Buƙatuwar a dawo da kwalejojin horar da malamai

Akwai karin maganar Hausawa da ke cewa ‘kowa ya tuna bara, to bai ji daɗin bana ba.’ Mun kawo wannan karin magana ne saboda batun da mu ke son yin magana a kai, duk da mun taɓa dogon rubutu a kansa a watannin baya, wanda ya shafi harkar ilimi a ƙasar nan, musamman a nan Arewaci.

A wancan rubutun mun kawo bayanai masu ilimantarwa game da yadda harkar ilimin Firamare ke neman taɓarɓarewa a Arewacin ƙasar nan, inda muka nuna cewa ba wani abu ba ne ya jawo haka illa watsi da gwamnatocinmu suka yi da Kwalejojin horar da Malamai, waɗanda ake da su a shekarun bayan kuma suna bayar da gagarumar gudumawa wajen inganta harkar.

Idan har aka fara samun matsala daga can, to ai kuma shi ke nan , sai dai a ce Allah ya kiyaye. Idan kuma aka waiwaya baya, yadda al’amuran suke shekarun baya, lokacin da akwai Makarantun koyon sana’a, waɗanda aka fi sani da ‘Technical schools,’ sai kuma ‘Commercial Colleges’ na harkar kasuwanci, sai kuma babbar Yaya daga cikinsu, wato ‘Teachers Colleges’ da ake kira kwalejojin horon Malamai.

Tuni tun ma kafin a fara shiga wannan harkar kulle-kurciya ta ɓangaren ilimi, saboda idan muka duba kamar yadda aka bankaɗo irin abubuwan da ke faruwa, a Makarantun Firamare na jihar Kaduna, ai abin sai dai a ce a yi sha’ani, wai an cuci na ƙauye. Saboda hakan ai kamar gidan kowa da akwai ne, idan aka ɗan yi shiru nan gaba, za a iya samun Jihohin da suka fi Kaduna.

Da farko dai idan ɗalibi yana Form 2 (aji biyu) yana kusa ya shiga aji na uku, akwai wata jarabawa da ake yi mai suna ‘Aptitude Test,’ daga wannan jarabawar ce ake ware ɗalibai waɗanda aka ga zai fi dacewa a ce sun tafi makarantun horon Malamai, wasu a kai su ‘Tehnical Schools,’ wasu kuma ‘Commercial Colleges,’ wasu kuma sai ‘Science Schools,’ na kimiyya, haka abin yake, wasu ko dai a bar su wannan makarantar ko kuma a mayar da su wasu makarantu abin da ake kira ‘Transfer.’

Ire-iren waɗannan makarantun waɗanda ake kiran su na musamman saboda suna taka muhimmiyar rawa wajen samar wa ƙasa ƙwararrun Malamai, domin tun suna ‘yan yara ake koya masu, ilmin ya shiga cikin jikinsu, sun kuma saba domin abin da za ka yi shekaru biyar ana koya maka, da wanda zai yi ‘yan watanni, ko shekara ɗaya zuwa uku ai da akwai bambanci.

A Arewacin Nijeriya aka yi irin waɗannan makarantu. Da farko dai akwai ‘Katsina Teachers College.’ Wannan makaranta ta bada gudunmawa wajen samar da Malamai, a Arewacin ƙasar nan, muna iya ɗaukar shugabannin siyasar farko na Nijeriya waɗanda can suka yi Makaranta, tun ma ginin nata yana a na ƙasa, kamar su Marigayi Sir Ahmadu Bello Sardauna Sakkwato, Sir Abubakar Tafawa Valewa, Malam Aminu Kano, Alhaji Umaru Sanda Ndayako Etsu Nupe, Alhaji Isa Kaita, Sir Kashim Ibrahim, da dai sauran mashuran mutane waɗanda suka tava taka rawa wajen ciyar da ƙasar nan.

Garaɓasar da ake samu a irin waɗannan Makarantu na Horon Malami ba ta wuce yaro tun yana ɗan ƙarami yake tashi da aqidar koyarwa a zuciyar shi, an sa masa ita , a cikin hikima zai kuma tashi yana ganin muhimmanci da kuma girmamata, al’amarin aikin koyarwa, ya tashi yana alfahari da hakan.

A tuna fa ɗalibi a lokacin shekaru biyar yake yi a Makarantar, ana koya ma shi yadda zai fuskanci aikin koyarwa, bayan ya kammala wani ya kan fara aikin koyarwa, kafin ya wuce abindaake kira Advance Teachers Colleges, nan kuma ya yi shekaru uku, bayan haka ya fito da takardar shaidar NCE, daga nan kuma sai Jami’a, inda zai karanta Bachelor of Education, to ko dai ba A gwada Ba, Ai Linzami Ya Fi Bakin Kaza.

Yanzu abin da ke a ƙasa ta hanyar koyarawa shi ne sai ɗalibi ya kammala Sakantare, daga nan ya je zuwa College of Education idan mai sha’awar koyarwar ne, ya yi shekaru uku ya samu NCE. Ai idan aka ce da wanda ya bi tsarin irin na da , da kuma na yanzu su kama aikin koyarwa , ai wanda ya bi ta dogon zango ɗalibai za su fi saurin fahimtar abubuwan da yake koya masu.

Da wannan da ma wasu hujjoji da dama nake ganin yana da matuƙar muhimmanci ga shugabanninmu, musamman na nan Arewa su sake tunanin wajen waiwayar sake dawo da irin waɗannan makarantu na Kwalejojin kimiyya da fasaha ta yadda za a ƙara samun inganci a ilimin da ake bayarwa, musamman a makaratun farko na Firamare.
