Mai karatu wannan tattaunawa ce da wakilin Manhaja ya yi da ƙwararriyar mai sana’ar koyar da motsa jiki, wanda ake kira da Yoga ga mata, wanda ta ke karantar da mata daga ƙasashen daban-daban na duniya. A cikin tattaunawar, ta kawo tarihinta da ma abinda ya ja hankalinta har ta fara wannan sana’ar wanda yanzu haka ta ke da kamfaninta mai suna Rhythm N Flow Limited. A sha karatu lafiya.

Menene abinda ki ka fi koyarwa a ajinki na Rhythm N Flow?

To, ahamdulillah. Kusan zan iya cewa, dama ni ƙwararriya ce kan Yoga, to kaga Ina koyar da yadda ake yin shi Yoga ɗin. Haka kuma mutane dake buƙatar tausa, rage nauyi, samun farin ciki da kwanciyar hankali, muna taimaka musu. Haka kuma muna ba wa mutane shawarwari kan yadda za su rabu ba tare da shiga damuwa ba.

Mu koma ɓangaren iyali. Kina da yara?

Ina da yara maza guda biyu, ɗaya zai cika shekara 26 kwanan nan.

A wannan tafiya da ki ka ɗauka, ko an ci karo da ‘yan ƙalubale?

To, a gaskiya ƙalubale kan ba za a ce babu ba, saboda ita rayuwa ma kaf cike ta ke da ƙalubale. Babban wanda na fuskanta shine, na rashin lafiya da na fuskanta tin Ina ƙarama, matsalar su ciwon baya, ƙafa da kuma ƙiba. Amma da na dage wajen motsa jiki, gaskiya na samu lafiya sosai, hakan na nufin nisanta daga shan magani.

Haka kuma akwai rasuwar mahaifiyina, wadda ta tada min hankali. Ya rasu sakamakon ciwon daji, wato ‘Cancer’.

To, ta ɓangaren nasarori waɗanne iri aka samu?

Nasarori kam sai dai a gode wa Allah, gaskiya na samu nasarori akan harkar motsa jiki. Na yi sanayya da mutane da yawa. Haka kuma na samu nasarori, kama daga shiga ƙungiyoyin tallafa wa al’umma na cikin gida Nijeriya da ma duniya bakiɗaya. Haka kuma ta vangaren harkar motsa jiki, an samu rufin asiri ba ɗan kaɗan ba, to babu abinda zance sai godiya ga Allah.

Wane kiira ki ke da shi ga shuwagabanni kan muhimmancin motsa jiki?

To, alhamdulillah. Gaskiya ya kamata shugabanni su rinƙa ware wuri na musamman wanda zai zama mata suna zuwa motsa jikinsu, domin kare jikinsu daga kamuwa da cutuka.

Haka kuma da yake kusan kowane gun motsa jiki za a ga yawanci maza ne, wannan kaga buƙatar a samar da na mata ya taso, kuma tun a yarinta za ka ga maza suna da damar zuwa waje su yi tsalle-tsallensu, wanda mata ba su da wannan damar.
